What this covers
This notice covers personal data we handle through this website and through our commercial relationships. Data we process inside a client engagement is governed by that engagement's data processing agreement, in which the client is the controller and we are the processor.
What we collect here
This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. A single local storage entry records your theme preference and never leaves your browser. If you email us, we keep that correspondence and whatever you chose to put in it.
What we do with it
We use contact details to reply to you and to administer a commercial relationship if one follows. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Commercial correspondence is retained for the life of the relationship and seven years after it ends, to meet Nepali accounting requirements. Unsuccessful job applications are deleted after twelve months unless you ask us to keep them on file.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where no legal retention obligation applies. Write to the privacy address below and we will respond within thirty days.
