The content here is provided as information about our services. It is not an offer, and nothing on this site forms a contract between us.
Engagements
Client work is governed exclusively by the master services agreement and statement of work signed for that engagement. Where anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Numbers on this site
Performance figures describe specific deployments under specific conditions and are not warranted for yours. Case study numbers are as reported at handover for that client. We will show you the measurement method on request.
Intellectual property
The content, marks and design of this site belong to Attatva Systems Pvt. Ltd. Ownership of work product created during an engagement is set by that engagement's agreement — our default is that the client owns the deliverables.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Engagement agreements may specify a different governing law and forum, and where they do, that choice controls for that engagement.
