Deliberately fewer modules
Ledger, inventory, purchase, sales, payroll and reporting. That is the list. Every module we left out is one a ten-person company would have abandoned half-configured, and a half-configured module is worse than no module because people stop trusting the numbers.
Nepali fiscal year is not a locale setting
Bikram Sambat periods, the local fiscal calendar, VAT and provident fund arithmetic are in the data model, not bolted on top of a Gregorian ledger. If the accounting conventions are an afterthought in the schema, they become the customer's problem at year end.
A browser tab, not an installation project
ERPesque runs at erpesque.web.app. There is no server to procure and no client to install, which removes the two line items that usually double the cost of a small deployment.
Your data leaves whenever you want
Full exports of every ledger, master and transaction table, in formats an accountant will accept without conversion. Software that is hard to leave is a bet on inertia rather than on the product.

- Who is this actually for?
- Businesses of roughly five to eighty people who have outgrown spreadsheets and would be badly served by a six-figure implementation. Above that size we will tell you so rather than sell it to you.
- How do we get our existing data in?
- Templated imports for masters and opening balances, plus a supervised first close with us in the room. Migration is where these projects die, so we treat it as part of the product rather than as your homework.
- Can it be customised?
- Configuration, reports and integrations, yes. Bespoke module development is a services engagement with a separate scope — we keep the product line and the custom work on separate ledgers so neither one quietly subsidises the other.
