How the engagement runs
We start by writing the evaluation set — before a model is chosen, before a prompt is written. Then a narrow vertical slice runs against your real data, scored against that set. If the numbers do not clear the bar we agreed in scoping, we say so and you have spent weeks rather than quarters finding out.
When this is the wrong call
If you have not decided what a correct answer looks like, hire us for the scope and stop there. Building on top of an undefined target is how AI budgets disappear.
