The problem

A challenger bank with 400,000 customers and a release train that took eleven days from merge to production. Most of that was manual regression testing and a change-approval process that had accreted around a genuine incident three years earlier and had never been revisited.

What we did

We did not touch the core banking system. We rebuilt the path around it: infrastructure into Terraform, environments made reproducible, the regression suite automated and parallelised, and the change-approval gates rewritten with the risk team so the controls survived while the queueing did not. Progressive delivery behind flags meant a release stopped being an event.

What changed

Merge to production went from eleven days to two, with the same regulatory controls in place — the risk team signed off on the new gates rather than having them removed. Platform uptime over the following twelve months was 99.98%. Deploy frequency roughly quadrupled without a corresponding rise in change failure rate.

Tell us what's breaking.

Send the problem, not a spec. We'll come back within one business day with an honest read on whether we're the right team — and who to talk to if we're not.
